Before you submit
A short checklist of what to have ready so your resource sails through review and looks great in the library.
What to prepare
A clear title and description
Write a specific title (avoid clickbait) and a 1–3 sentence description that tells readers exactly what they'll get.
Format and topic
Pick one format — Guide, Article, Checklist, Video, Tool, or Template — and the topic it best fits.
A link OR long-form body
Either a working external URL (article, video, tool) or full long-form content written directly in the editor.
Optional cover image
A landscape image (1200×630 works well) makes your listing stand out in the library and on social shares.
How we review submissions
- Practical and actionable — readers leave knowing what to do next.
- On-topic for longevity, caregiving, or aging-well audiences.
- Educational first — no hard sales pitch or paywalled lead capture.
- Accurate, with citations or credentials where claims need backing.
- Accessible — clear language, descriptive titles, captions on videos.
Most submissions are reviewed within a few business days. If we need changes we'll reach out with notes — nothing is rejected outright without feedback.
Ready when you are
