Research participants needed: a University of Alberta study on loneliness

Researchers at the University of Alberta are looking for Alberta adults aged 45 and older who have experienced loneliness. Participants take part in one 60-minute interview and receive a $60 gift card.

The University of Alberta is inviting Albertans to take part in a study about loneliness and what helps people feel more connected. SLBA is sharing this on behalf of the research team.

Who can take part

  • Aged 45 or older
  • Living in Alberta
  • Have experienced loneliness

What is involved

  • One interview, about 60 minutes, at a time that works for you
  • Your answers are kept confidential
  • You receive a $60 gift card as a thank you

Taking part is completely voluntary, and you can stop at any time. SLBA is not collecting any information for this study.
