I believe life doesn’t slow down with age—it deepens. As a Joy Facilitator and Life Celebrant, I enjoy working closely with aging adult communities to re-ignite purpose, foster meaningful connection, and honour the wisdom that only lived experience can offer. Through my signature Golden Threads sessions, workshops, and keynote talks, I create spaces where stories are shared, friendships form, and individuals feel truly seen and heard. This heart-led work invites reflection on where life has been, while gently reawakening dreams, desires, and curiosity about what still matters. With warmth, gentle humour, and deep respect, Connie helps take the “tired” out of retired—replacing it with re-inspired, re-engaged, and refreshed. Participants leave feeling valued, connected, and reminded that every season of life holds purpose. Every life has a story, and when the final chapter has ended, as your Life Celebrant, I am dedicated to honouring life with heart, presence, and deep personal connection. Walking alongside families during times of loss, we create personalized memorials that reflect the essence, values, and stories of those being remembered. With gentleness and respect, memories are woven into meaningful moments—helping families feel supported, seen, and held. As the founder of "Your Light Within", my work extends beyond ceremony, offering guidance for those navigating grief, change, or life’s quieter crossroads. Grounded in compassion and lived experience, I truly believe every life deserves to be honoured in a way that feels authentic and genuine. This work is rooted in helping others remember not only what was lost, but the love, connection, and light that continues on.
